I have 20+ years experience in maintenance. I am currently the Maintenance Manager at Sunset Manor in Innisfail. Before that I worked in the oil patch as a remedial and primary coil/cement supervisor. Working in the oil patch forced me to figure things out on the spot with limited resources. I am grateful for my time in the patch as I now have a fair amount of knowledge pertaining to maintenance procedures within a variety of different areas.

I have a growth mindset and stand for integrity, honor and fairness.

Insurance

Most insurance companies require you to have a home check every 3-7 days for your insurance to be valid while you are away.

Inside

A Servicer will go to your home, check your furnace, hot water tank and the temperature.

We can water plants, check a mailbox and rotate lights upon request. A photo and date log will be kept and can be sent to you on a weekly basis.

Outside

We can weed whack, edge and mow your lawn and water plants.

We can also shovel your walk/driveway while your away upon request.

Peace of Mind

Its awful to have to make an insurance claim, but do you know what's even worse? Finding out your not covered because of an oversight on your part. When you hire us to provide home checks you know your property is in good hands and you can relax.
